Is the app really free?
Yes. Download Raelan free, add unlimited clients, and schedule as much as you want — no monthly software fee, no per-client seat fee. Raelan earns a small 5% only when you get paid; card processing runs separately through Stripe.
Why 5% instead of a monthly fee?
Because incentives should point the same way. A per-seat monthly fee taxes you before you earn; a small share means Raelan makes money only when you do.
How does card processing work?
Card payments run through Stripe at their standard rates, billed separately from Raelan’s 5%. Raelan’s 5% is the platform share; Stripe’s fee is the cost of moving the money — and there’s still no monthly software fee on top.
What counts toward the 5%?
Payments processed through Raelan — sessions, packages, memberships. Coaching you bill entirely outside the platform costs nothing, though most coaches move it in for the automation.
What will facilities pay?
Facility pricing is custom — a lower share than solo coaches, plus setup sized to the facility and a branded-app option. Tell us about your space and we’ll put together the right fit.
